World Food Vegetarian Champion 2024, 2nd place at Bentonville, Arkansas, The Final Table 2025 Worldwide hospitality professional that has worked in Mexico, United States, Turks and Caicos, Spain, France and China, from commis to Chef de cuisine positions, at hospitality luxury brands and Michelin star restaurants. Currently working as Chef de Cuisine at the exquisite St. Regis Longboat Key, as Chef de Cuisine of Riva, the Italian Specialty Restaurant, at Sarasota, Florida. Florida is the sixth state that I have worked in the USA after a trip to California, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, and Georgia. My food is the result of my travels and interactions with people, their culture and my life experience. Always knowing that the kitchen is a craft and there are a lot of artificers out there to learn from.
