Hello, I'm Raymond Filippi, a passionate chef from the West Coast. Raised in a family that cherished cooking, my fondest memories are of beachside summer cookouts filled with loved ones and delicious food. As a Culinary Specialist in the Coast Guard for over a decade, I've honed my skills preparing meals for crews. I've proudly represented the USCG Culinary Team in competitions and have previously competed at the World Food Championships.
