Currently I am the culinary instructor for Coastal Alabama Community College. I’ve been teaching full time for 2 years, it was an adjunct off and on since 2008. Before the teaching gig I was executive chef at Cobalt Restaurant in Orange Beach, AL. I live in gulf shores with my wife, two sons, our dog, and our turtle named Soup.
